My Approach

Renaming and Brand Refinement – Guided the transition to Clear Packaging Laboratories to more accurately represent the company’s services and eliminate marketplace confusion.
Brand Guidelines – Developed detailed guidelines defining brand tone, visual elements, typography, and messaging to ensure a unified identity across all platforms.
Collateral Redesign – Reimagined all marketing and sales materials to align with the new brand identity, creating a cohesive, professional look that strengthens credibility and recognition.
Template Systems – Designed branded templates for presentations, proposals, and social media to streamline content creation and ensure consistency across departments.
Creative Direction – Planned and organized a full-scale video and photo shoot to produce authentic visual assets, providing the team with a library of high-quality content for use across digital and print channels.
Content Strategy – Built a structured content plan designed to position the company as a thought leader in their industry through educational, value-driven posts and campaigns.
Platform Implementation – Introduced HubSpot for CRM and campaign management, upgraded to Canva Pro for on-brand content creation, and optimized Google Ads and LinkedIn targeting to improve visibility and engagement quality.
Overview
Clear Packaging Laboratories approached me at a turning point in their growth. While their technical capabilities and client relationships were strong, their branding and marketing efforts lacked structure and direction. Their company name often caused confusion in the marketplace, and their digital presence didn’t reflect the level of expertise behind their work.

Their name, “Clear Packaging,” was frequently mistaken for unrelated businesses, making it difficult to establish credibility and recognition. Marketing efforts were fragmented across platforms, and they weren’t leveraging digital tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, or LinkedIn effectively.

Clear Packaging Laboratories emerged with a stronger, more credible market identity and a cohesive digital presence that reflects their expertise. Their new name and brand guidelines unified their messaging internally and externally, while the thought-leadership content plan positioned them as a trusted voice in the packaging space. Early analytics indicated significant growth in brand engagement, quality leads, and overall brand recognition.
